Bambi’s is one of our favorite places to eat. Located conveniently in the heart of Waikoloa Highlands Shopping Center (in beautiful Waikoloa Village,) it makes for a great start to your day. Bambi’s actually serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we have gotten into the habit of having breakfast here. I usually order the 3 egg omelet, but you’re safe ordering anything. It’s all very good.
Bambi decided to open her restaurant last November after recognizing the need for a really good breakfast place. She told me that she was tired of having to drive 25 miles away for a good breakfast, and so it began!
She’s open seven days a week, so if you’re in the Waikoloa Village area, stop by and give Bambi’s a try! You won’t be disappointed.
